NLC offers coverage for persons who own a
condominium in the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and
Massachusetts. All of NLC’s Condominium policies include the following
coverage: |

Additions and Alterations coverage including improvements that the
condominium owner makes to the interior structure of the condominium.
The policy provides $1,000 of coverage but additional limits are
available for an additional premium. |

|
Personal Property owned by the policyholder. The property that is
covered includes personal belongings, household furniture, and equipment
used to service the insured residence. |
|

|
In the event a covered loss renders the condominium unit uninhabitable
then Loss of Use coverage provides up to 40% of the amount of Personal
Property coverage for the policyholder’s extra expenses. These expenses
can include the cost to stay in a hotel and meal expenses while the
condominium unit is uninhabitable. |

Personal Liability coverage pays for injury for which an insured may be
legally liable. |
